Airbnb Interior Design Services
At Stayful we pride ourselves in having our Airbnb Management properties stand out from the busy Airbnb market place, but we also understand that creating great experiences and interior design is not everyone’s cup of tea, this is why we have invested heavily into our own in house interior design services for our customers to take advantage of, so you can sit back and relax knowing you have employed great people to make your Airbnb stand out.
Our Step By Step Process
Consultation
We first have a one on one conversation to understand the requirements needed, is the property furnished or un furnished, any colours you would prefer, budgets or are you happy to leave us to it, we will send you a price including the estimated amount of days it will take to complete the job.
Final Deposit
Once the Airbnb is completed we will send you a final invoice and your property is now completed and ready to go.
On The Day
We will then perform the works as mentioned in the first quote and complete the job in the time frame we set out, we do not like to leave jobs half done so once the day comes to complete your Airbnb, we will not start another job until yours is completed, this allows us to focus on your Airbnb so it can stand out like it needs to.
First Deposit
We collect a 50% deposit and lock a date and time in for when we will go to the property and do the work, this gives us time and money to plan out your project to give it the time and attention it will need to stand out in the Airbnb marketplace.

Understanding Airbnb’s fees is quite simple, they charge per booking and you can choose two types of fees
Split fee: normally the host will pay 3% depending on where you are in the world, for example in the UK it is 3% but some places like Italy it could be more, the rest the guest pays and it is added as a service fee for when they book, in this way you get less charges but you also get ranked lower as this is considered less desirable for the guest.
Host Fee: Airbnb will charge you between 14%-16% of your gross bookings and all is charged to you, you will be ranked higher for this as it is more desirable for the guest.

Normally cleans happen on 2 occasions
A guest checks out, a cleaner is planned to clean once the guest leaves (this will include changing laundry to prepare for the next guest) once this is completed the next guest will arrive and the system starts all over again, an Airbnb cleaner will charge between £60-£120 per changeover for a flat or house between 1-4 bedrooms depending on where in the UK you are cleaning.
You have someone in very long term and cleans are planned during the guest staying, these are normally arranged before hand with the pricing also.
