Zac Started his airbnb journey in late 2019 at 21 years old with little money but a will to succeed, fast forward 3 years he has created a 7 figure airbnb business with more then 30 R2R properties all over the country as well as having an airbnb focused interior design business setting up properties for others.

Martyn Butler
Martyn Started in 2020 with a passion to get into property but lacking the funds needed for deposits, he found the R2R model and after a few years of self managing founded Stayful, an airbnb management company build on experience, focused on delivering value and profitability in a hands off manner to it’s customers.

The Founders
The founders Martyn & Zac first met in 2020 on an airbnb training course having no prior experience in property or business but with a dream of turning this strategy into a profitable business and have remained in touch during their journey throughout.
The Goal
Our Mission is simple, to give everyone the opportunities and information that we wish we had at the start, starting a business is a lonely task and we wanted to make this brand into a community where everyone can take advantage of this great industry.
The Brand
We founded Stayful with the idea of not just creating a management company, but being able to provide an end to end service to anyone wanting to get involved in this industry and make it a success like we have using all the useful tools we wish we had at the beginning.

The Merge
After a few years both Martyn & Zac managed to turn their individual dream into a reality and became financially free using the R2R Airbnb Strategy, this combined with plenty of experience in this growing market we found we had very similar experience, but very different skill sets and together, we felt we could bring a lot of value to others in this industry trying to do the same.
