Our Airbnb Case Studies
-
Nottingham JV
Problem: Our investor on this deal was not able to pass referencing on their own and lived over 200 miles away from the property making it difficult for them to manage without having their own team. They were looking for a hands off SA investment opportunity.
Solution: Stayful partnered on this deal, helping the investor to pass reference checks. We then completed a full cosmetic refurb and fit out at the property which was fully managed by our team and a completely hands off process for our partner.
Result: Our partner invested a total of £4,000 into this deal taking just 9 months for them to receive their total investment back. The property is fully managed by Stayful and now returns a consistent £300-£450 profit per month.

Leeds Penthouse JV
Problem: An investor came to us with a Leeds 3 bedroom penthouse with great potential but could not afford the extensive refurb needed to bring the property up to the standard we all agreed it should be at for this type of SA property.
Solution: Stayful agreed to a 50/50 partnership on the property, managing 100% of the refurb and fit out and going on to manage the property making this passive for our partner.
Result: The upfront investment required for this deal was £8,000 from our partner. We created a unique and highly desirable city centre short stay property that has gone on to return £1,000-£1,500 per month to our partner.

York JV
Problem: We were approached by this investor and they explained that they did not feel comfortable going into SA alone and they were looking for a partner to help take on a property they had found so that it would be a passive investment for themselves.
Solution: Stayful passed all referencing checks, carried out all of the due diligence needed, and then setup and managed the property end to end making this completely passive for our investor whilst providing them with the security and assurances they needed to feel comfortable.
Result: With an initial investment amount of £7,000 from our partner we were able to set up and fully mnage the property generating a healthy £600-£800 profit pcm to the partner.
